Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC provides travel advisory and booking assistance services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. ROLE OF TRAVEL ADVISOR

Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.

All bookings are subject to the individual terms, conditions, and policies of the respective suppliers.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

​

Prices and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed and paid. Once booked, changes or cancellations are governed exclusively by supplier policies.

We are not responsible for supplier pricing changes, penalties, schedule changes, or service disruptions.

​

3. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

​

All cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to supplier rules. Many bookings are non-refundable or subject to penalties.

Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC does not guarantee refunds under any circumstances.

4. TRAVEL RISKS & FORCE MAJEURE

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather events, mechanical issues, government actions, health concerns, pandemics, labor disputes, and acts of nature.

Clients voluntarily assume all such risks.

​

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

​

Clients are responsible for:

• Valid passports, visas, and travel documentation

• Understanding entry, exit, and health requirements

• Reviewing itineraries and booking details for accuracy

• Arriving on time for travel components

6. TRAVEL INSURANCE

​

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We may provide access to third-party insurance providers; however, we do not sell insurance directly.

Clients who decline insurance assume full financial risk for cancellations, interruptions, or losses.

​

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any third-party supplier.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

​

Engaging our services constitutes acceptance of these Travel Services Terms & Conditions.
