Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC provides professional travel advisory and booking assistance services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.

1. TRAVEL ADVISORY SERVICES

At this time, Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC does not charge planning or consultation fees. Our services include research, coordination, and booking assistance for travel arrangements.

Once travel planning or booking services have commenced, those services are considered rendered.

2. SUPPLIER POLICIES GOVERN ALL BOOKINGS

All travel bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation rules, and refund policies of the individual travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and other vendors.

Supplier policies vary widely and may include:

Non-refundable bookings
Cancellation penalties
Change fees
Restrictions based on fare type or promotional rates

Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC does not control supplier policies and cannot override them.

3. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

If a client chooses to cancel or change a booking:

All requests will be handled in accordance with supplier policies
Penalties imposed by suppliers are the responsibility of the client
Refund timelines are determined solely by the supplier

We do not guarantee that a refund will be issued, even if travel is canceled for reasons beyond the client’s control.

4. REFUNDS

Any refunds approved by a supplier will be processed according to that supplier’s timeline and method of payment.

Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC is not responsible for delays in supplier refund processing and does not issue refunds on behalf of suppliers unless explicitly authorized.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against financial loss due to cancellations, interruptions, delays, or unforeseen events.

Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC may provide access to third-party insurance providers but does not sell insurance directly. Clients who decline insurance assume full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Boujee Travel on a Budget LLC is not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or supplier operational issues.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy and understand that all bookings are subject to supplier rules and limitations.
